Omg my feet are in agony! I have taken naproxen and put pain relief cream on them. Have had hot water and cold water on them! A burning pain on the sole off my feet and pain in my right ankle. Pain in my knees and so much fatigue! I can tell I am back at work. But my feet are excruciating! I don't know how I am going walk tomorrow!!!
I might ring rumey nurse if things get any worse. I am only working 4 and half hours for 4 days this week and 20 hours next week over 4 days. It is manic in the kichen at breakfast, no chance off sitting down or a rest. I don't know really what to do about the pain, I will be going to work tomorrow even if I am hobbling. I start at 5.45 am and work until 10.30 am and I have Saturday and Sundays off. I will be in bed by 9 pm it earlier.
Hope everyone is keeping well. Take care.

I can sympathise with you my feet are so painful these last 2 days my right ankle is really playing up. I’ve not used my walking stick since December but I dusted it off yesterday and I’m on a total go slow.
Oh poor you! You’ve obviously been very busy but I think the weather isn’t helping us either at the moment and I know Deeb would agree. You need to drape yourself over the sofa, elevate your feet and ankles and be waited on this evening.
If the painkillers aren’t enough then a medicinal gin might help.
I hope the Rheumy nurse can suggest something to help you too.
I did a trial in my hubby's kitchen (work) to see how I did and after 3hrs I was in agony plus the heat it took me 3 days to recover, Made 6 cakes but it took it out of me. I empathise but I do think it is going to be hard going as newly back and with RA . Big hugs x
Painful feet are so difficult to manage, you have my sympathy. Do you have orthotics from the hospital? I found having them made specifically for my feet helped particularly with ankle pain.
Really feel for you. Been there and it just drags you down. I wear crocs when weather allows, they don't look great but comfy although they don't support your ankles so sometimes I wear tubigrip on my feet to mid calf. Good luck.
