Has anyone has really troublesome bunions on their little toes? What treatments have you had with what level of success?
Mine are so painful and having trouble finding shoes? They seem to be getting bigger by the day? Thanks

I had a spell a couple of years ago where I developed a tailor’s bunion - mainly because of a flare of disease activity. I had a steroid injection into the joint, increased drugs to get disease activity down and it calmed down. It’s still there, and I have to have the resulting corn dealt with every few months but it’s no longer painful.
It’s many, many years since I had to throw away all my pretty shoes (other changes in feet, not just this one). I have gone up one or two foot sizes and can only wear wide fitting shoes.
I’ve got very painful feet , swellings and bunions , I have great trouble getting any sort of footwear. My only hope are the pull on Skechers and they have a very good comfortable footbed and come quite wide , memory insoles etc
I also have this problem. Have you tried Cosyfeet shoes ? Many styles are made of stretchy material, or have stretchy panels on both sides, for both pairs of bunions. I particularly like the Markle boots. Good luck !
