Hi all I have just started the keto diet for the past week and lost 7 pounds. I am so pleased and also these past 3 weeks I have gone back to walking 3 miles a day for 5 days. I am feeling very positive about the dieting and walking! I have a lot of weight to lose and I was determined to crack on with it. My RA has at last calmed down enough so I can get my walking done. I will let you know how I get on with the diet in a few weeks and will see if I lose anymore weight! Take care everyone ☺️ X

thats great 😀 I am on a short course of steroids and i went for a walk round our village pond without sticks and it was a great feeling
