I think you can google it try therapy putty exercises. We use something similar at school to help children with dexterity. It’s called disco dough 😂😂basically a series of rolling and squeezing.
No instructions?? I’m not very impressed .

Thanks so much😊
Disco dough now there is something missing from my day to day life😜
😂😂 don’t know what your missing
I've had my physio few weeks ago for my hands using this putty.
I was told :
Break a sausage shape off, put inbetween fingers and gently squeeze until you make an indentation and repeat up sausage shape ; Then reshape it and do for every finger and between thumb.
Was also told to gently squeeze putty whilst watching TV etc for about 15 mins to help dexterity of hands.
There were some more but I've forgotten 😔
These were for me so don't know if they would be good for everyone , ive got the yellow putty which I think they said was the softest.
I would contact whoever told you to get it, they can tell you what to do as it may not be the same as for others 😊
My OT showed me a series of exercises but also gave me a leaflet with diagrams which was just as well as I'd probably have forgotten them otherwise 😂
I'd contact whoever sent yours and ask for directions....
I bought some (yellow) on the advice of the band therapist. She told me to spend time gently squeezing it in each hand in turn to exercise the muscles and tendons. Next using a flat surface......table top of tray........ with first one hand then the other use a flat hand to roll the ball into a sausage shape, then with both hands side by side roll the ball into a long thin sausage. With the sausage in front of you start in the centre working outwards pinch with finger and thumb to squash it, use each finger in turn......It's quite hard to do, repeat up to 10 times. I found it makes my fingers ache but has helped strengthen my grip.
Thanks so much
There are loads of hand / finger exercises using TheraPutty on line if you google. Someone has now posted some good hand exercises if you have a look.
We follow Dough Disco at school. This lady is great fun!

Have fun!
You are a ⭐️
I was given this by my physio after undergoing a hand operation last year, it really does help.Sopsx
Have a look at Amy Lee's post Finger exercise.
Yes. I believe it does help for some people.
I use two different colours (strengths). Green (medium) for doing "founder's " exercises. I start with a very thick sausage and starting at my fingertips of one hand gently roll the dough all the way to my elbows to help release any knots/tension in my muscles. I continue to do this on each hand until I feel the difference. This is great especially since we can't have massages due to Covid. I use the red (soft) dough to do compression exercises on each hand, squeezing the dough in my fist. I do these exercises every morning and find them life saving!! Good luck.
