Elbow Pain - Remedies

Hi all,

On Hydrochloroquine 200mg since the summer, doing alright with it but recently (must be a flare) elbow is doing a lot more clicking and sharp pain than usual.

Have two affected joints, left elbow (ball of fluid so can't fully straighten but pain mainly at a 1/2 out of 10) and right knee (swollen but again no pain and mobility fine).

Been a week of this aching elbow pain now, been doing 2-4 paracetamol a day alongside the 200mg of hydroxychloroquine and some deep heat - any other ideas? More paracetamol? Anything not already doing? How long would a flare usually last if doing the above?

Can relate to your elbow as my left elbow is killing me,going to joint clinic tomorrow to get injection in elbow been taken hi drycodimal and putting ibuprofen gel on it but not doing any good

Why don't try to do some physiotherapy? When I'am in pain, I go to the physio and with electrotherapy and ultrasound it gets better.
