I,m taking 4mg of oluiment but has been thinking of taking turmeric capsoles because they are supposed to be good to reduce inflamation,should i inform my doctor to ask if it safe to do so.

Yes... always run by your rheumatology nurse any supplements vitamins et cetera that you are thinking of taking if you are on any prescription drugs.
Even some seemingly innocent herbs can really react badly with the drugs we take.....even if one person takes the same drugs as you.....their condition will be different....so always ask ......better safe than sorry.
As AC says always check with your health care provider first. Everyone responds differently to meds and I'm sure this is the case with herbs and therapeutics too. What may work wonders for some may not for others. Take care
