I’ve had ulna nerve damage which was remedied by my physio and exercises he recommended about five years ago. Not heard of your terminology though.

I have cubital tunnel syndrome in both elbows and have had it for about 12 years or so now. My initial issue was peripheral neuropathy related to a neuro problem I have, so they undertook nerve conduction studies thinking that would be what showed up, only to discover that I had ulnar nerve dysfunction that was partially masked by the neuro problem. The surgery for cubital is usually very successful: I was never offered steroids as although I wasn’t diagnosed, in my case it’s separate to my arthritis, not caused by it. Bad luck, rather than bad joints 🤷‍♂️ The op is on the table, but I haven’t had it to date for practical reasons: there’s no doubt my symptoms have progressed to it being in my relatively near future, now.
