What a lovley morning it is well so far so good. I woke up usual aches pains nausea crawl downstairs then within half hour I am jigging about 🤣I always put radio on music gets me going it wakes me up . Cleaned my cooker bit of ironing now I will sit most of the day read my book maybe do a jigsaw hopefully I will get more good days than bad stay safe get dancing 💃🤣

I like Ballroom Dancing and have danced a couple of times with James Jordon who with his dad plays golf with my husband. My husband danced with Ola and really enjoyed it. James is really nice and worked locally I think he should have introduced Strictly after Len not that Claudia comedy act. Your garden look s nice. x Mine is being altered so bare flower beds and a large hedge being removed starting tomorrow. So bought 2 lites of milk a huge box of tea bags and a few packets of biscuits for the chaps doing the work. lol xx

He did seem to enjoy it a bit too much !!! lol Her costumes are lovely and oh to be that fit. I never got the hang of the Jive even before RA. He said as it was a Jive that they did, that having 5 sisters he had to partner them at home as a lad and not to forget that they had no TV, just a record player. lol When we started to learn I assumed I'd be better than him but unfortunately and much to my shame he has a natural sense of rhythm and I don't !! still its a fun way to keep a bit fitter even if I can't do what I used too.

Your garden is lovely Som, I love the Pelargoniums - they are so pretty - are they scented? I have only ever had Geraniums, Attar of Roses, the bees love them and they smell wonderful. x

Yes scented my husband loves gardening now he s retired I have a shed done out to sit in my little paradise I say nice and peaceful x

I agree music does help the mood. My family brought me a stereo system for my birthday last month and it is lovely to be able to play my music on.xxxx

Wow! You can't miss those geraniums can you? What a beautiful display. I’ve just finished planting up the front garden, raised beds with slate clippings around the perimeter.
