I forgot to tell everyone!! I got a job!!! It hurts a lot but the money is keeping me focused 😂. I completed my first week on Monday and this Wednesday (today) was my first day off of the week. I’ll get my first paycheck next Tuesday! I’m officially and finally on my way to moving out.

I’m just having a hard time managing working and having time to do things I like to do though so I’m generally bored and I’m ALWAYS in pain. I’ll push through tho. I’ll figure it out like I always do!

Also for those of you who’ve read my last post my mom just had more bloodwork done and they apparently sent her a letter she hasn’t gotten yet. The nurse called to ask if she’d received it and told her once she does she needs to call them immediately and also get into an eye doctor ASAP. I’m not sure what that’s all about honestly but it doesn’t sound very good. And to clarify a statement that had people upset in my last post, the doctor told my mom this time that when she told my mom to live everyday like it’s her last she meant just enjoy life because even though she’s not on her deathbed yet she shouldn’t have any regrets when she is. So she hasn’t been signed off as dead thank god.

Anyways that’s everything I have for the update. I would love to hear about you guys and how you’re doing!! Please let me know!!

That’s great Cc...I guess growing up sounds fun until you get to the work bit. But I'm sure you will come to like it a lot more once you get that pay cheque ......but remember it has to last two weeks........

You are OK now...but when you move in to your own place & have to pay rent budgeting is important ....so start to do that now so you are ready when the time comes.

You have come a long way since you first started writing to us...you have stuck to your aims & you are getting there.

I’m really glad your Mum seems to be making progress....really hope she keeps well.

I plan to save almost the entire paychecks for when I move out. I’m going to need to have considerable savings just in case there’s a rainy day that causes me issues and I’ll need a pretty decent chunk to actually make the move. Only thing I’m spending out of my paychecks are the “twenty’s”
