During this difficult time, I'm now really struggling. Previously, I was an in-patient, I've had PUVA, all the drugs I can think of, all from dermatology. Thet prescribed Humira, and it worked almost instantly. My psoriasis cleared, my arthritis was as fine as it could be. Because my skin cleared, dermatology took me off. Now, however, rheumatology have put me on Imraldi. My hands have quickly clawed, my toes don't, I struggle walking. I've never had psoriasis on my eyelids before, nor on my hands. I've had a phone consultation with rheumy, but I'm getting to the end now. I can't find a comfortable position to sleep in, even, either because of joint pain, or raw skin.
Any suggestions much appreciated ( but I have spoken to the hospital and GP)

I would be targeting the rheumy, as the switch to the biosimilar of Humira has obviously not worked for you. People have managed to be put back on the original drug, or swapped to a different one altogether which can also work. Difficult at the moment, but polite persistence and many phone calls may well work.
