Rheumy app today.

hi all I hope everyone is as well as can be i've not blogged for awhile. I've just had my 6 month Rheumy app and all is well my levels are good But I do have a bit of swelling in my hands. I am also attending Physio 1 a week for acupuncture on my back it's to early to say if it is working as I've only had 2 sections so far.also now that the Rheumy department is back up to full strength I hope to get a Southport group going.

wondered where you had been, thought you were so chilled from your holiday that you hadn't time to blog! Glad physio has started, i got food response from acupuncture to my knees about 6 month ago , they are only just starting to get sore again, but i start my hydrotherapy in a fortnight! great news you are hoping to get a group sorted, it will be a funny group with you in charge , as you have a good sense of humour.

Yo i think the acupuncher is working. witch is more that can be said about my lap top. I had to bye a new one. Good luck with the hydrotherapy it is ment to be very good
