Has anybody else not had this drug delivered on day it should have come. I was phoned Monday to say I would start my new prescription of this medication. Lloyd's at home said delivery Friday 3rd between 9 and 6. I rang company at 5 to check and outgoing message said if delivery today put phone down. But nothing. I had HAH deliver Enbrel to me for 14 years and it always turned up. So has anybody else had problems with Lloyd's pharmacy and how was it sorted. I am so stiff hence writing this at 2am. Any advice would be welcome as what to do through these challenging times.

Oh dear. I hope it comes today. I guess all services are stretched. My OH collects his from Hosp. Pharmacy. He had a letter not to go but not yet told how he will receive them. I hope you have had some sleep and feel less stiff as the day goes on. On a positive note my OH has found this med really good. I hope you do to!

You do need to contact them as a matter of urgency. It is highly unlikely that a delivery will just happen, unless you are informed about it ?

I know times are hard just now, but just not delivering is not acceptable.

I was told the delivery would be yesterday. So why not contact me if they had a problem. I have sent an email via their page but guess it is among many to be read. I will ring Monday and queue I guess to find out what happens next. I am just so stiff especially at night.

Hi I use Lloyd’s and I have benepali delivered every Friday in the month I take it Sunday they rang me and said they couldn’t deliver till Tuesday they said their had been mix up and apologies so I took it on the Tuesday now bit disappointed 😔

How do you get in touch with them? I rang then 5pm yesterday and outgoing message said if your delivery today please put phone down. So I did. Have you ever rang them on the 0800 number ?

Number I ring is for Coventry branch do you want me to send you that ??

The number I have starts with 0345 and ends 123 or I have an 0800 ending in5465 for emergency s . I am not sure who to ring after contacting the 0345 yesterday and it told me to phone down.TY

I just rang 0800 number. Not helpful as told me to ring patient line Monday. Thanks for your help .

Mines always delivered by HAH never a pharmacy?

My Enbrel was delivered by HAH. But for this drug it is delivered by the Clinical arm of Lloyds similar to HAH not their normal pharmacy. Just not a very good start for me.

Hi Julie793 they usually give you 2 hour slot the night before. This the number I use to call Llodys Pharmacy. 0345 263 6123. They have been good so far. They should be able to do an emergency delivery as you should not go without medication. They might be stretched with COVID 19 but they should deliver if you keep at them. Good luck.

Thank you. I will ring them again tomorrow. It is my first dose on this medication as have been off Enbrel since mid November. They rang me last Monday to tell me delivery was last Friday. I have had the usual backup letter excepting me. I will let you know outcome if I managed to speak to them tomorrow.
