I contacted an elderly relative last week who is also self isolating as she s 82. She is well and has decided to go through her extensive wardrobe and wear a different outfit round the house every day. Little things to keep entertained and occupied. I think i d struggle with some of my clothes but have embraced with trying new make up.
Anyone finding new ways to fill their day...any good gentle RA friendly exercise videos you ve found?
Excellent idea. Evening dress tomorrow (if I can still get into it) but without the heeled shoes now!
Lovely idea, gardening in my wedding dress then! (It was a normal black and white dress from high street shop....gardening in a big white meringue might be step too far for the neighbours!)
Well thats my tulip sleeved silk job out of the loft then ! garden party though when this is over. Everyone in best gear sipping cocktails as it'll be my birthday by the time I get out of the garden again. I bought a bottle of low alcohol gin, my son ever the realist and crusher of my"good idea" lol, said 'so you've paid £40 for a bottle of juniper flavoured water with other additives" . But in fact even he agreed it was a good taste and rather nice. I have a bottle of home made sloe gin in the garage I wonder if that is medicinal ?

I watch a short film or listen to a song while using a trainer. Only a few minutes every couple of hours as other health issues and get very fatigued. Have you looked on You Tube?
Am looking today. Luckily we bought a second hand tread mill in January so can 'go for a walk'. Looking for something gentle but a bit more fun. Maybe I should dress up like the green goddess.....
