I saw this today and it seems very clear to me. Hope it helps. However, as a caveat, I would like to add that I feel that we should stay indoors - well I am anyway.🙂

A clear list of what risk you might have
Hi - that’s very helpful indeed. Please can I ask the source of it?
Cheers
Yes, clear to me too, many of us RD folks will be in the shielding group. Thanks.

Great stuff thanks all x
This is very useful..thank you! A lot of us are very worried at the moment.
I am on Rituximab only with no co-morbidity, so I guess and I stress guess I’m moderate risk? 🤷🏻♀️
Can I have a link please ?
Found it !
Thank you moomin8,was looking for detailed information. I’m a Carer for the Council and my husband and adult kids have been repeatedly on at me saying I should not be working and be self isolating. I’m on weekly methotrexate injections 20mg, fortnightly biologic and 6 tabs daily sufasalazine.reading this confirms it.just feel so bad when staffing levels are so low as it is,but as my husband keeps reminding, its me that could put the nhs in more pressure if I’m tying up a bed.heavy heart this morning.
That’s very useful, many thanks. Hopefully will reassure many of us on MTX alone, or MTX with a biologic that we are only moderate risk. Still need to be careful of course, but takes away a lot of worry.
NRAS.....can you pin this chart to the sidebar??
Brilliant. Thanks so much - this is the clearest thing I've seen so far.👍👍
Yes, personally I am relieved to be "moderate risk" as my elderly mother-in-law has terminal cancer and I'm helping my husband and his brother to care for her in her home while we sort out end-of-life care, hopefully in the local hospice. I realise that I won't be able to visit her there but want to play my part as long as I can. She's unaware of what's going on (personally and in the outside world) but is still capable of appreciating little things so we want to provide those as long as possible. Sad times....
Well according to the chart I’m moderate but also got high blood pressure so hopefully should still be same lol I’m on mtx and sulz too
my problem is at the moment i am in moderate risk but the rhumo is not under control atm also i suffer from hypertension and work in a environment where i come into contact with a lot of people . so i must be between the two o well talk to the surgery on Wednesday. Also have to see weather the company will pay me , also i will have to disturb the surgery because my company would require something from the GP/Government
See if you get a letter listellor, would your company not take that as proof? The letter people will get is on the rheumatology.org website too with the chart.
well thats the problem i dont think i would fall into the high risk group according to that chart however if you take into accouunt other factors i would be very high risk
Ok that is a lot clearer but I'm still confused .com would I come in to moderate risk or no risk as I take sulfa and hydroxy it well controlled but I also have asthma and get the flu a letter ?? There is so much info out there I'm just waiting on if I get a letter or not but a bit anxious about returning to work I work with the public and I cant social distance there !!
Yes I also get invited for flu jab but I’ve also had pneumonia jab. Ive read list but I’m waiting for my Gp or hospital to tell me different. Cus I think it was government one Don’t quote me on that was in high risk . I’ve read that many lol
My husband gets invited for the flu jab because he had a stroke years ago but he's definitely not at risk - I think that's a bit of a "catch all"...
I'm also waiting to be told personally by my rheumy team/NHS/government otherwise I'm just being sensible and practising "social distancing plus".
I realise that I'm lucky in that I can work from home - so difficult for those who can't. 😘
I’m high risk on this definition and I’m expecting the letter. I have been self-isolating since last week. That said, I wonder how far these categories are based on clinical data, how far they are estimates.
This does help, thanks. Still slight ambiguity as am on hydroxy/tocilizumab but have asthma. Was also told cerebral palsy was a risk factor, have that mildly too. Need to get hold of rheumatologist but poor guys are no doubt snowed under!
This has been added to the above chart
Ok thanks for replying . I got confused. In the key section it said if you score 3 or more how can you score more? Unless you add the scores🤷🏽♀️
