Yep all part of RD.... my feet always hurt at night. I have no heating on in my room and sleep with the window open. My husband bought a thermometer and can often be heard muttering.. do you know it’s 4 degrees in here🤷🏽‍♀️ I’m still hot 🥵 the summer is a killer

Hidden you must be my RD twin our room hit 3degrees last night and hubby stomped to the lounge as far too cold for him I had a leg out of the bed near the window and felt fine!

Yep I’ve got the the one leg thing off to a tee so there’s no draft on the hubby . He legs it to the bath room in the morning where his clothes are nice and toasty on the radiator and I search for the cold spot in the bed.🙄

I thought it was just me that did the one leg in bed and the other hanging over the side to keep cool. We only have a 4.5 duvet on the bed both summer and winter. If snow is on the ground I will hesitantly put the 10.8 duvet on. Hubby has been looking for a duvet that is 4.5 tog my side and 10.8 his side; he hasn't found one yet though. I also put my hands underneath my pillow, that is usually a cool spot. Take Care.

😂😂😂😂my husband is going to invent this mythical duvet. I do the pillow trick as well... I have a silk pillow case(ooo) in helps it stays cooler and the cold spot is even cooler... would love silk sheets.... a woman can dream 😁😜

I get cramp at night too but had this before RA so never made a connection. I often wonder if my RA started in 2010 but went away until 5 years ago. At the time said it was carpal tunnel. This can happen with type one Diabetes (an auto immune condition too) they call this the honey moon period therefore wonder if this can happen with other autoimmune conditions.

I believe so. I know now that I was showing symptoms over 10 years ago. I could never understand why I was so tired and why I got the flu 2/4/5 times a year.i have cramp when my ankles are stiff and mobility poor. My theory is lack of range puts a strain on my tendons and muscle because it’s an unnatural moment or stance.

I get hot at night

Used to be a cold person before RA made its appearance as hubby keeps the window open and heating off at night.

Now after RA appearing it’s too hot I often have my leg dangling out of bed.
