Swollen pectoral lymph node. Anyone else with swollen nodes?

Hi all

As you can probably tell from the fact that I am writing this at 6 am, I am worried.

Lymph node has popped up on chest - I thought it was breast cancer but not according to the consultant I saw.

I have some really big Axillary lymph nodes which were checked out years ago and I put down to the auto immune stuff. Could this be part of the same picture?

I am on Adalimumab now - have been for about four months - and wondering if anyone else has any experience like this?

My mind is running riot and Christmas isn’t helping!

I will have to wait a while to get any testing done. And smile at my family!!!

Any local infection that could have caused it? I often get lymph nodes popping up and then gradually going down, so don't panic, be patient like we have to learn to be. If it's still there, or getting bigger in a week or two, then reconsider.

I've had breast cancer but didn't feel the affected lymph node. Tumour was in my left breast and had spread into lymph nodes, but I didn't know until they biopsied it. As OT said, we often get Lymph glands pop up then go. Check again in a week or two.

I have lymph nodes on my scans... put down to RD not a recurrence of my cancer. Try not to worry xx

Thanks everyone and happy Christmas. Urgent referral date has come through as the second Jan so will try to have a good time and put it to the back of my mind.
