Raging heat day

So I decided its an ice cream moment, NOT had any for ages and I need to cool down! Spontaneous combustion trying to be prevented.

Know all about spontaneous combustion.... it’s in bed for me forever chasing that elusive cold spot..

I have a fan by the side of my recliner and I have it on quite a bit just to cool me down. Hugs.xxx

My freezer is full of ice cream, especially 'Just Ginger' which I eat frequently - it helps with the sicky feeling that I have. That's worse in the mornings but I know it will gradually pass, but when it returns later in the day, oh, the bliss from eating ginger ice cream!

And I stock up with it now because sometimes the local shop runs out! They can't understand why I get so distressed when that happens...

Oooh ginger ice cream now that is a good idea!
