It sounds as if there are no arrangements for someone else to do any of your work when you are not there? This isn't sensible either for your work, for you, or your work colleagues.
There needs to be a discussion about how to manage absences especially unscheduled ones, what work can be left and what needs to be managed by others. It may require more overlap between responsibilities than is occurring currently.
You did say in a previous post that your boss wanted to discuss work with you......Maybe now is the time to sit down & make a plan?
Getting yourself stressed will not help your health ,& as he has offered it does seem time to talk.
Well today we went from madness of Monday TO A CALM Tuesday as so much rain and managed to get a lot of stuff done and we had a calf born on site which was a lovely moment lots of ahhhs after the screaming on the radio get us some ropes NOW......
