This week holiday week so apart from 2 days of hospitals and Docs we are now on rest/low impact week. So yesterday I was a chilled girl on the sofa, as hands so so bad but today managed to make a lovely fresh salad with tuna and cannelloni beans and a sesame seed dressing for us both.

AND I got washing done and bit of bathroom and just off to help hubby clean the car and do the outside sills of leaves and farm dirt. Today I feel a bit more energetic but trying to calm it all down so I don't overload.

I want to clean everywhere but know payback will come so restraint and RESPECT to the REST is my mantra!
