I agree with enjoy the reprieve Be mindful and just accept it gracefully. We all have far too many variables (drugs, vitamins etc) - makes it impossible what might be responsible for the good feeling, cheers Deb
Enjoy the good times and long may it last. ! I had a few really really good weeks in March and, just as you did, I spent time trying to work out what the magic bullet had been. Then 3 weeks ago started a huge flare , all joints , back to square one. Then i spent ages trying to work out why that had happened ??!! I've come to the conclusion that it is imposdible to know and that RA/D is unfathomable, mysterious and unpredictable. And vvvvv frustrating !!!
Laughed right out loud at your post -- just so funny and true!!! I feel like I want to make a spreadsheet or chart or something to track wtf I am doing and then rating pain levels accordingly to sort of scientifically or mystically find the exact alchemical components to feeling good/having a great RA day.
