I'm in trouble

Well my money never went in yesterday so I'm now not due any till Tuesday and I have £8.00 my electric is about to go my gas is not looking great and I have no friend or family to ask any ideas or help be greatfully received as I'm at end of my tether now not knowing what to do can't talk to partner as he suffers extreme deletion and anxiety feel like crawling in a whole not Easter for us

Check bank again sometimes they put it in after 4oclock before they close .or ring them it's a call centre they can do a emergency payment .my hubby didn't go in rang them went in later that night amy

Not sure if you’re on any other benefits or anything but I’ve heard of something called a crisis loan from the dss but don’t know criteria for it I’m sorry xx hope you get something sorted- hugs - xx

Was this money from the DWP? If so, what did they say when you rang to ask where the money was? They should have organised a same day transfer of the money (CHAPS, I think it's called). How come they didn't do this?

Would your work possibly give you an advance Sunflower? Or a friend from work just to tide you over? It’s a difficult situation to be in when expected money doesn’t appear. Have you tried asking your bank for a small overdraft? Sorry I can’t think of anything else to suggest.
