Well I overdid it the other day scrubbing with a deck brush for hours. By 5 p.m. my hands were really swollen and mildly throbbing. I do suffer from swollen hands but this was on another level altogether. My thoughts turned to swollen feet and ankles after a long flight, then of course to flight socks which are compression socks. Why not compression gloves?. There are loads available. A bit strange to wear at first but I wear them at night now and hands look like those of a normal person without RA!

I, too, wear compression gloves every night. I couldn't manage without them.
I wear fingerless compression gloves too, think mine have copper or silver in them. I need some new ones and I can’t remember where I got them😂
Have you tried wearing wrist splints when you have to do something that you know will aggravate your wrists? My Nurse called them ‘working splints’ for when you’re using your hands alot.
But why there are swollen hands or feet? It should be related to blood circulation. Did you try acupuncture to improve your blood circulation?
