MTX and darker urine

I started mtx this week. Is it normal that the urine gets darker? I try to drink a alot of water, but it is still darker then what I am used to.

It’s not something I’ve been aware of and I’m on weekly 25mg injections.

It may just be one of those things as you've only just started MTX. Even if you're drinking plenty of water if you're not going to the loo regularly your wee will be darker. Are you aware of how often you're popping to the loo?

The other thing is your liver values but you won't have had a drug monitoring blood test yet to know what it is will you?

I drink 3-5 pints of water/day and my urine is bright yellow the day I take mtx and at least half the next day. Not sure if that's good or bad. I take 15mg orally, split into 3 pills in the morning with food and 3 at night with food
