I have had 3 rounds of Truxima infusions and was doing well but had to stop as needed a hip replacement. Was due the infusion early December 2018 so been off since then until 3 days ago when I had my first one with the next planned for a fortnight. I have forgotten how I felt after previous rounds so wondering whether my extreme fatigue, permanent headache and general yuckiness is normal. My smaller joints--finger & toes much improved following the steroids I got before the infusion but large joints still awful. I know it takes time but is it your experience that you can feel pretty rough for a few days afetr infusion?
Thanks
Mary

Hi Mary, I'm on Rituximab of which Truxima is one of its biosimilars and I have extreme fatigue for about a month after my infusions. It has improved as I've had more infusions. I had the first infusion of my usual duo last Tuesday and I was falling asleep for two days but that is more the antihistamine they give you pre infusion. I usually feel on the up about a month after the second infusion. Try pace yourself all you can and you have had a major surgery so that has a huge effect on you and you've had some time off your meds. I hope things will settle soon for you. x
