Treatment starting soon

It has taken a while and lots of scans, Three MRIs, Cat scans and four different biopsies but I now have a treatment plan. I have three mat bee sessions of treatment I have to go once every four weeks on a Monday and Tuesday. Monday’s I have to have Rituximab and. On a Tuesday Bendamustine. There are loads of side effects they tell you about but have no idea how I will react but I know that it will get rid of the non Hodgkin lymphoma so I will have to put up with the side effects it’s only four sessions at the most. They have agreed that it is a very rare side affect of Rheumatoid Arthritis because the Lymphoma is in the lung. I am happy that it’s now going to be treated but am very apprehensive about the treatment

Hi Lesley,

Good that you now have a treatment plan and you know which direction things are going. It makes a huge different mentally.
