What a great boost for you, well done. Providing holiday cover makes it all worthwhile, without being too stressful, a nice balance, and who knows what might happen in the future ? !

A supportive partner makes a huge difference. I have one too.

Where do you find these supportive partners? Currently I have a supportive dog 😁 and I'm not complaining - just curious 🤔

My previous husband wasn't. Richard is great , but we don't live together, we've been together for 18 years in our own seperate houses 1 mile apart. Keeps it fresh 🌼 💘

That’s a lovely post Sunflower. It’s put a big smile on my face. I’m sure you must have great empathy for the people you look after.

Great! Well done you, your partner too for the support & confidence you could do it. Who knows, excel in the role of SCA & it could become a permanent position. Well done again, celebrate. 🍾
