Hi all, i'm back, after taking a break for a few months due to personal family reasons.

After being quiet for so long, I don't think I enough time in the week to catch-up with what's been going on with you all 😃

Hi oldtimer, I've been doing ok, still working part time, taking the day as it hits me. Although my OA has increasingly got worse, i've gradually lost weight somehow, which has helped me physically.
Only thing I struggle with, is trying to get a blummin appointment with my GP, which is impossible.
Anyway, thank you for asking. Hope you're well as you can be?
