Been tapering steroids and now this has come bk in my left hand, started in my knee, so I'm going to increase them again to 10 from 7.5 not nice so sore

Oh dear, I think you are correct to increase the dose of steroids again. Will you contact your GP or rheumatology department ?

Got one in Dec but they cancel last one and said just carry on with steroids an taper but it just comes bk so I will keep it steady at 10 for now 😫😖

How fast are you reducing them darling you could ask your dr to give you 1mg steroids so you can reduce them then by 1mg instead darling and reduce them slowly. When i first started reducing mine i reduced them a month at a time so the effect is less on your body darling.xxx
