Morning everyone, i have shporiticarthritis and fibromyalgia, im in pain morning noon and night, all night no sleeping between pain sweats tossing and turning, its been going on since 2015. I take hunners of painkillers on top of methotrexate and steroid jags every 3 months into my buttock as the imflomation is throughout my whole body, in all of my joints top to bottom. So went for Esa medical, got No points so it was stopped. 2nd July. Now i just received a letter for to go to a tribunal on 14th November. Im sick with worry abd i cant eat or sleep its on m6 mind every second of every minute of the day and night. I dont know what to expect because the assessment woman put nothing but lies in the paperwork and made up her own words . She took anything i said and turned it around making me out a lier. Omg what im i going to do. Its me against her and them. Anything anyone could advise me on would be very grateful. Xx

You could contact Citizen's Advice. They can support you through the appeal and advise you about how to fill in forms with the words that get you accepted for benefits.
And have a look at previous posts on this - if you put ESA into the search box you should find some previous discussions on this and other helpful advice.
And slow down! - you sound (reasonably enough) panicked. Take you time to think it all through and how you can fight against the unfairness of people recording things which are not true.
I haven't been through this and I feel for you, it sounds awful. It may be an idea to write a list of all of your symptoms and how they affect you, and if you can, print out any info which would help support your claim to back up what you are telling them and take those with you. I would also tell them that the assessor didn't write down what you told her at that first and you are unsure as to why. Good luck with it.
Definitely get some help. CAB are good, you could also ring the NRASZ helpline, sounds as if talking things through might help you, and allay the p ic. Good luck.
I am going through this a second time. Appeal later in Nov than yours. Paid employee of CAB is my representative. He won for me in Jan 2017.
And I complained to HAAS. They are responsible for these so called assessments.
I got zero points from assessments both occasions but went up to 21 at Appeal. Don’t give up!
In a similar situation to yourself some years ago my claim went to tribunal. I was so scared I shook the whole time. The panel were official but surprisingly kind. I'm sorry you have to go through this as you really don't need this stress. I'm keeping everything crossed for you. Hugs

Hi Drifty,
And breathe.. you’ve had some really good advice on here and CAB are brilliant. The thing is you are telling the truth and have nothing to hide so do not worry any more. Write everything down, get advice and a representative to help you and take it step by step. Good luck with it all and let’s hope common sense prevails with the authorities. Sarah xx
