Tumeric: Does anyone take turmeric tablets and f so do... - NRAS
Tumeric
I found that turmeric did not work for me
The real deal
Is Curcumin with black pepper. And this has worked for me and my blood tests have gone down
I di try the capsules for a month, but I had indigestion and it didn't reduce the pain. Then we got curcumin powder as the active principle - but wow doesn't it stain absolutely everything bright yellow - and didn't work either!
No success for me. Made no difference at all. I still stick it in food.
Thank you all then I’ll just keep on adding to food when I feel like it x
On its own it just isn’t enough. But it is good to take. Every little bit helps.
I use tumeric (curcumin) a lot. I was on the capsules for the better part of a year with no effect for my RA condition. Does it help, I am not sure. Does it hurt you? No. If it makes you feel better, take it. I have found a lot of these holistic remedies and things do not actually work for me, but they may work for you. Do not be discouraged if they do not work, they might still make you feel a bit better and healthier.
Cheers and good luck.

Ive been taking curcumin and black pepper, organic sulphur, egg shell membrane tablets for over two years. Have they made a difference? Not that I can see, but I'll continue as never know, they may suddenly spring into action!
Bought some capsules last year, I didn't take them very often, but I don't think they would of helped much.
I’ve heard it helps some people but you should have if with cracked black pepper to help absorb it properly, I was taking it in chai drink but felt sick a lot and then found an health article that said you shouldn’t take turmeric if you are on something like Lanzoprasole as it doesn’t interact well, so stopped taking it, sickness disappeared
