NRAS Group Meetings— Week Commencing 3rd September 2018

Bolton NRAS Group

2018 meetings will take place on the first Tuesday of each month (February - December) at Bolton One, Moor Road, Bolton, BL3 5BN from 2.00pm-4.00pm.

4th September - Andy Schofield, Chartered Physiotherapist

Chesterfield NRAS Group

2018 group meetings are to be held in the Tesco Community Room, Tesco Extra Clay Cross, Bridge Street North, Clay Cross, Chesterfield, S45 9NU on the first Tuesday of each month from 6:30pm-8:00pm.

4th September - Guest speaker: Abi, Podiatrist at Chesterfield Royal Hospital

Gloucester NRAS Group

From 2018 the group will meet four times a year at a NEW venue - 2&6 Therapy Rooms, Wainbridge House, Shepherd Road, Gloucester, GL2 5EL. NEW times: 7:00pm - 8:30pm.

4th September – ‘Hand Therapy’ for people with RA

South Lakeland & District NRAS Group

The South Lakeland and District NRAS Group are currently holding meetings at The Castle Street Centre, Kendal, LA9 7AD from 6:30pm-8:00pm.

5th September - Guest speaker: Dr M Bukhari, Consultant Rheumatologist

St Helens NRAS Group

NEW VENUE: The group meets every other month in The Gallery at The United Reformed Church, King Street, St. Helens, WA10 2JZ from 6.30pm to 8pm.

6th September - 'The Use of Ultrasound within Rheumatology' by Dr. Clewes, Rheumatology Consultant

Gwent NRAS Group

Meetings will be held on the second Saturday of alternate months at Caerphilly Library, The Tywn, Caerphilly, CF83 1JL from 9:30am - 12:30pm.

8th September - Guest speaker: Clare Taylor-Shepherd will present 'Yoga Benefits for RA'
