I was wondering if anyone has had an issue with increased pain following their Rituxan infusions? I am in excruciating pain from my groin to my toes on the right side and my muscles are stiff. I don’t know what it is. I’ve taken my Tylenol ER, BC Arthritis, Dexamethasone today and nothing is touching the pain it’s bad really bad. Any help is appreciated.

I agree with nettie , see your gp or phone rheumatology nurse . I had flu like symptoms for a week after 1st rituximab infusion and gastritis but it was all over not down one side . I hope you feel better soon 🌸
What is gastritis? I have just started a clinical trial with belumibab and rituximab. The first bemlumibab was yesterday and the first rituximab infusion will be in s few weeks. Although I could be getting the placebo, I am keen to know what side effects there might be. Any help with this would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
Gastritis is inflammation of the stomach lining, the Nurse thought it may have been the steroid part of the infusion that comes first so now i get the infusions at a slow rate without any problems. Good luck with yours I hope all goes well, you probably will be tired for a few days so plan for that, mine are on a Friday which gives me a weekend break
