WOW! Bowled Over!!

Well, I am bowled over that my thread " So what do YOU think caused the Autoimmune Disease?" has reached over 200 replies in just 9 days! So pleased that people have responded with their own personal stories and experiences. This thread was a thought that was entering my own head so many times! I.E - I want to open up, I want to talk and reflect, I want to put meaning to my disease etc etc! For some ( not everyone) it is like a loss, like a mourning. Some of us can't just accept that and move forward especially when some of us are still uncontrolled with our Disease. I thank each and every one of you for sharing your stories because ( for me) iit has helped enormously. It's good to talk - even better to be understood! Long may it continue! Lots of love to you all.

Certainly is Mmrr - To reflect ( I think) makes it easier to come to terms with. We have to be satisfied somewhat with that before moving forward. I love the unity of it. Everyone has been great! X
