You need to discuss with a doctor as there are loads of reasons for a raised ESR, some quite trivial. And 21 is raised but not sky high, so book up to see your GP and try not to fret.
I agree with Helix. Your ESR can go up if you have a cold or an injection. Speak to your doctor.
