Just put it out of your mind like I did. It was only the next day when I realized I felt better that I remembered that I had taken it. I hope that it works as well and as quickly for you as it did for me. Good luck.

UPDATE while it stung a little at first it soon went off! So far so good & nurse that came out was lovely, very reassuring & helpful Xx

That seems positive, hope it works quickly. Did you have to provide your own sterile wipes for swabbing the injection site? And little plasters for after?

Juliachoo profile image
Juliachoo in reply to charisma

No the wipes were in the pack but the nurse said not to use as they can cause a reaction, didnโ€™t bleed much just dabbed with cotton wool & it was fine.. feeling a little less pain this afternoon ๐Ÿ˜˜

Wow, that quick in decreasing pain! Sounds good. :-)

I had to supply my own sterile wipe/swabs. And supposed to apply a small band aid but I have none. Quite bruised where I injected too.

Next for me is Friday if the virus I am fighting does not develop into a fever.

No bruising at all, the nurse showed me a spot on the outer thigh where less bruising occurs, @ 5 inches down from the bottom of your hip where itโ€™s less taut.. xxx

And hope your virus clears up in time xxx

Morning I remember my first time just had my 5th injection I was pacing up and down awaiting for the time to go until the nurse arrived. She was so lovely and made me feel relaxed I felt loads better almost immediately so hopefully you will be the same. I had my rheumy appointment yesterday and they were so pleased with the results. I am stopping my hydrox and going on injections for meth instead of tablets. Wishing you all the best and hope it works for you ๐Ÿ‘

Hi there,. How are you today?

I am waiting for delivery date and nurse appointment. Very frustrating as I am desperate to begin.

I have been told to ring nurse next Monday if I have not hear from them and she will chase them. I get the impression that delays due to holidays. Once I get a registration number for my case I will haunt them.

My prescription was sent off 2 weeks ago. What was your experience with this company? My vibes are not good. You understand the frustration with the delay grrrrrr!

I shall be hanging on your every word.

Xx

After 2 weeks I rang customer services asked if they had prescrition, they had it, then asked when delivery was & it went from there! So 3 weeks altogether! I would ring today, hold for CS & hopefully they will sort it! They have been very good over the bios, two years I did have a run in over my Methotrexate delivery & also over the non receipt of a customs letter for my holidays.. since then no probs! You know I do feel a lot better today pain wise, but still got a lot of fatique.. early days though xx
