Love, Laugh, Live Aloha with RA. Presently, I am an Elementary School Teacher. I began as an Aerobic teacher and Fitness Trainer... 1980s... Arthritis in neck began. December, 2017, Enjoyed a hip replacement. April, 2018, diagnosed w RA.

I am still trying to get meds rights. Embrel is good w pain n swelling.... But am too tired!! Hands neck shoulders are always sore, no pain meds offered

due to Opiate Threat. Use so many topicals! What a journey. I would love to read about others journeys as well. Suggestions help guide my education in this new lifelong process that I am to embrace!

How do you beat the tired feeling in the legs? Ideas?

Thank you.

Hi Hawaiian, there may be some here who have different, more positive experiences of RA drugs but I find that RA is exhausting and so is it’s treatment ie dreadful fatigue but less pain and damage on the drugs.

I still have to be very careful with neck, shoulders and thoracic back although RA has been lessened for two years with drugs. When really bad, I use CBD oil in a dropper bottle.
