Update on pip assessment

If you read my post yesterday about assessor not turning up.I rang Capita as advised to be told,could not find my house. If they used satnav they would have past my house.which has a big name plate over the door,which is visible from the road.I told them I did not except this as a reason it is an excuse I was very angry.I was told it would be looked at in the back office,it will take a week.I have to phone back next Wednesday for a report. I told them this caused my RA to flare and my mood to become very low.They did say sorry I said I have a pocket full of sorries and they are worthless.I will also write to my MP about the way disabled persons are being treated.

Backy, sorry to hear about this. My experiences with DWP have been mainly negative, they have rules for them selves and rules for the people they are employed to support. If you had missed an appointment they would not have been understanding, so stay strong and keep pushing for a proper apology and putting right if this situation.

What a sorry lie and it's not the first time I've heard this Backy, your doing the right thing and when they do eventually come I'd ask the assessment to be recorded as I wouldn't trust them to tell the truth sadly it happens time and time again and nothing's getting done to fix the mess their making off the PIP assessments
