Hi sorryhavnt been on for a while but been suffering pain in my shoulder ebkow and wrist constantly for a couple of months now dont know if conected to ra or something else if I had a buttet right now I would end it sll

Sorry to hear that you're in so much pain. Have you asked to have them x-rayed ? I had similar problems with my shoulder and elbow and x-rays showed I was down to bone on bone , at the moment I'm having steroid injections into the elbow joint ( the joint which is giving me the must pain ) since I've been having these the pain has really improved but I know that I'll have to have them replaceed at some point .

So please think about getting your joints checked as with the right treatment you'll feel better if they can control the pain .

Oh jeez...I started out with shoulder pain. Good luck to you. Force them to do everything... Not just the x-rays but blood work too! Especially since things can change over time

Talk to people, either on here or medics if you can get hold of them. Dont let yourself be isolated as that feeds the low mood. Dont know if keeping a diary would help you as maybe writing things down might help. Although it maybe hard or sound silly maybe have a go at something that make you smile. A film or a treat of some sort. I know that may sound silly but just a diversion that may give you a moments brake from feeling the way you do. Take card . Let us know how you are.
