I was looking for answers, to see if you can get arthritis in your ear bones or cartilage. Seems as there was a thread about it and yes you can.

Ear pain
I'd be interested in hearing (haha 😉) about that, too.
My ears have been hurting, too. Loud noise is starting to make them hurt more, as well. I actually have a long awaited appointment with an ENT doctor tommorow afternoon so I will ask and report back.
I'm going in for multiple reasons, tinnitus being one of them. But, I've felt I've had a sinus and ear infection for a week or two, and I am hoping to finally get some help to determine if I have a parathyroid problem since my doctor ruled out Paget's disease. My calcium levels continue to be too high. Anyway, I'll report back tomorrow. xxx
I also get a lot of ear pain but the ENT specialist said that it is more than likely coming from my arthritic jaw (TMJ). In 2009, I suddenly went deaf in my right ear. One minute I could hear and the next, I was deaf. This was also thought to be due to RA. It has been so hard to learn to live with it as I can no longer tell which direction a sound is coming from or hear when there is a lot of noise around me. I also get some tinitus in my hearing ear.
