Myofascial release

Someone mentioned myofascial release as being helpful for R.A. the other day. I have also found it had a remarkable effect on stiff and useless hands.

This film is interesting, not easy to watch ( especially if squeamish ), but may be relevant to our condition. It's needs watching before 26th Feb.
