New RA drug

I consider myself so lucky. I was on Arava and it almost killed me, so my rheumatologist put me on Xeljanz XR. I have to tell you. It is a wonder drug. I have never felt so good. Very little pain and I actually walked up a flight of stairs the other day. I hadn't done that since 2011.

Great! You must feel so good. They seem to be prescribing JAK inhibitors more frequently now, a few have also reported good results too. I hope it continues to be a good med for you.

Fever,fatigue, extremely low blood counts, dehydration, and I passed out in the Dr's office
