Well have been down to the pain clinic and as usual ended up in tears because i am never free of pain. She is going to get me another infusion hopefully in Jan. and she also going to get me to the tens machine clinic as well.xxxxx

So sorry to hear that Sylvia.

I hope some relief can be found for you, especially if the pain is beyond bearable.

I was in tears myself on Sunday morning due to pain in shoulder, neck and head from damaged tendons etc; worsens when looking up eg at a screen in church.

But less painful as long as I do my physio.

Re Goose: been a great many years since I ate that at Christmas!
