I am new to this site (just joined today). I have Antiphospholipid syndrome which requires me to take heavy doses of Warfarin. I also have Rheinards disease. I have just been diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis. My Dr. has put me on Leflunomide 20 mgs a day.
Bottom line is I am scared to death that this medication is going to reack havoc on my other problems.
Does anyone have the same problems and if so, how have you coped with it all. I am in so much pain, I will do anything to feel better again.

Just be aware of what interferrs with the warfarin, my mom is on Warfarin, diet is important, two many dark green leafy veg are not good, no omegas and no vit k. When using products for pain for arthritis that contain camphor, menthol, wintergreen, topically as they do go into the blood stream and can thin the blood. And the warfarin does that, so it increases your risk of bleeding. Pharmacists are helpful for information, this fourm and your Doctor. But best to do your own research. Your in a good spot to learn info as many experienced people on here.
Well I have the Antiphosphilipid syndrome too and go on the sticky blood forum for advice aswell. I am on RA meds and don't find they react with the warfarin but don't attempt to take over the counter meds or anything without rheumatologist say so
