Sticks and stones

Well sticks and stones may break my bones but arthritis will cause way more painful issues! So had my MRI on lower back and neck and now I have been booked in for cortisone injections in my neck. Apparently there are two different areas and they won't do both injections on the one day so I have to go a week apart and it will cost $1400. Ouch. I do feel very nervous about it, even though I have had injections in my lower back before for bulging disc, it freaks me out that they will be so close to my brain.

If this doesn't work he said it will probably mean surgery, so I am really hoping this works and the pain becomes less and my arms and hands stop going numb.

Me too. I have been like this for nearly three months now and it would be so nice to get back to a level of pain I am used to hahahah

Yep that's the one. I'm sure it's not as bad as you think, if only you would take more exercise, I am sure if you put your mind to it you would be feel better, You should try anti depressants I am sure you are just depressed, you have such a low pain threshold, and sooo many more I could put here haha

I am struggling at the moment with even more lack of sleep than normal and pain levels. I am sure they are wondering if I have lost my mind at work hahahahah

Hahahah yep. How about; I heard if you eat x or do y diet, or if you take abc, or try efg you will be cured!

Oh you should see me driving for any distance. I have done 3 trips in the past month or so and after about 10 mins, sometimes less, my arms and hands become really painful and dead. I shake them continuously to wake them up and I reckon drivers around me on the highway must think I am waving at them. Hahahah
