Well that's our summer outdoors finished this evening.
So with the help of the charity Attitude is everything I did Glastonbury, Deersheds and Leeds festivals. Plus my son got married in the middle of it and it was fantastic.
The weekend gone we were in the lakes for my other son's 30th birthday and my hubby moved my daughter twice ( long story) to new uni place.
Phew!!!
My joints have been sore then achy , diabetes improving with this new endocrinologist. TcZ seems to suit Me!
Got hearing aids.
However I planned lots.... got volunteers to put up my tents and unpack and pack for me. Got my family to come and help. Used mobility scooters and wheelchairs when and as needed . Stayed in hotel for my eldest son's convention.
All in all an amazing summer and if anyone wants to know more about how you get to gigs and festivals with any type of disability or deafness I'm sure NRAS won't mind me telling you about Attitudeiseverything.org.uk

I did. And in the photo I'm on a viewing platform, this allows you to be above the crowd to see and not get bumped and banged . Many of the gigs are signed for deaf .
My scooter is nicely hidden from the photo ...as is my rum!
Allanah, as always, it's yourattitude that sings out the loudest. So very pleased you had such a sonorous summer. Long may the accompaniment of Tcz and the rest of the guys in the band hit the right notes.
PS: here are some of the synonyms for sonorous ... can't help feeling (with the exception of full-bodied which I left in as a reference to the wine) they could describe you ...
I was just thinking a few days ago that we hadn't seen you around here. Now I know why!
I'm in awe of your attitude towards everything and I might pick your brains at some point. I'm going to be 30 in May and I've never been to a festival. I really, really want to and it's on my bucket list.
I may drop you a PM at some point.
Big congrats to your son, sounds like a lovely summer of fun, happiness, family and music. You rock, so don't ever stop being you. 🌟
