not slept well for last couple of nights my hand is killing me. Im sat here worrying about my son getting his GCSE results today and as typical teenager he's fast asleep

Firstly, can you take something for the pain in your hand and maybe see your gp, in the first instance?

I know how the waiting for exam results feels ( and yes, my daughter slept through them arriving !). I'm sure he will have done well.

all went we he got the results he needed for the college course he wants to do plus a he got a distinction * in ICT

Oh your poor hand. Much sympathy. If your pain relief isn't doing the trick perhaps your GP coul prescribe something better. I got Piroxicam gel which helped. Squeezing a hot wheat bag or soaking them in hot/warm water with added Epsom salts might ease things until then.

My girls were great on results day up and out at sparrows' twitter to go mob-handed for their results. My son was like your's. Donch'a just love the lads? I'm thrilled he got what he wanted and hope you manage some sleep tonight. Hugs
