blood test

Aswell has having osteoarthritis/tendonitis and other problems i have now had a blood test and i have vit D deficiency and am still awaiting appt for rheumatologist getting really fed up now! whatever next?

Hi,

I have had low bit D for years- I take a spray now and it has the added bonus of helping keep colds etc. It does feel sometimes that the list of ailments is never ending. And the small things really are the straw that broke the camel's back- I had lots of serious things wrong with me, but it was finding the mtx had damaged two teeth that subsequently needed taking out that really annoyed me! Hang in there. I hope you get your rheumy appointment soon x

Don't worry....from what I read almost everyone in UK appears to be low in Vit D....me included. Rheumy prescribed a VitD spray which is apparently more effective than pills & after a few months it came up to normal!
