Heel and toe pain

This is new I am on benepali which is not woorking 100%. Cannot take methotrexate and lasted 3days on sulfasalazine. Now a new pain during the night heel throbbing and big toe to such an extent it wakens me. No pain when I touch in the morning. Strange Rheumy symptons or other illness. Podiatrist says to get a heel supports and tell Dr. I see her middle of July. Any ideas

I'm on Benapali and I too still have alot of pain and stiffness it feels as if I'm on a half dose. Not seeing the consultant till October when i,ll have been on it eight months.
