Morning. I've been experiencing a lot of pain in my thumb joint. It's my dominant hand that's affected too which is making life a bit tricky at the moment. I thought ankylosing spondylitis was supposed to affect your spine and other large joints, and not smaller joints? Had anyone else experienced this?
