But pain today! Still it was worth it.

Going to flare clinic Monday anyway. Currently my toes and knees are the worst. Ouch!

Morning Nettac .

Glad you enjoyed your walk,but you always pay for it the day after.But as long as it was worth it then sometimes the oain can be more bearable.

This looks a lovely spot for a walk where is it?

The pic is of Broadway tower the Cotswolds.

Wish I lived there. Be like a fairy tale...Rapunzle, Rapunzle. I reckon the stairs would be a bit much though!

Yep stairs would finish me off too.Bit of a non starter for me really.

But it still looks a really beautiful place.
